The Half Coupling Is Forged From 40Cr Alloy Structural Steel, And After Quenching And Tempering Treatment, Its Strength Is Increased By 30% Compared To LK Type. The Root Of The Convex Teeth Is Rounded To Reduce Stress Concentration.
The Elastic Block Is Made Of Modified Polyurethane Material, With The Addition Of Anti-aging Agents. The Temperature Resistance Range Is Extended To -30 ℃~100 ℃, And The Wear Resistance Is Better Than That Of Ordinary Polyurethane. The Fitting Accuracy With Convex Teeth Is Higher. During Operation, Torque Is Transmitted Through The Deformation Of Elastic Blocks, Which Can Compensate For Radial (≤ 0.5mm), Angular (≤ 2.5 °), And Axial (≤ 1.5mm) Offsets.
